Odyssey..diagram..the tensioner to slide the belt over the pulley I

Customer Question

My serpentine belt on my 2005 Odyssey flew off today so I got a new belt to replace it. I finally figured out the diagram for the belt but when I went to release the tensioner to slide the belt over the pulley I couldn't move it. It was like it was frozen. What am I doing wrong? Thx
