Honda Accord EX 91 honda accord, no tail lights, dash lights,

Resolved Question:

91 honda accord, no tail lights, dash lights, yellow lights. Have taken all fuses under dash and hood with ohm meter, all have checked out.

have brake lights, turn signals emergency blinkers and dome lights, high and low beam headlights. Sending power from the light switch on red/blue wires

According to my wiring diagram from my references, it is a red and black wire that supplies power to the parking lights from the combo switch with the parking lights on.

Yes the two red/ green wires coming in to the middle of the combo switch have power. Also the two red/blues wires are tied together coming out of combo swithch and power up when I turn switch to park lights

Yeah... Here is another diagram of your parking light circuit spread over two pages. It is a the red/black wire that comes out of the turn signal switch and powers up the front parking lights.

 

Here is the wiring diagrams. Follow this wire from the combo switch in the first diagram to the parking lights in the second diagram on the red/black wire.

Chances are you combo switch is just bad.
