Ok is the battery weak in the car ? Sit in car lock the door and quickly insert the key in and out of the ignition 4 times fast let me know if it resets . It's a horn that's sounds and a Honda remote correct?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
It is the horn that sounds but I am not using a Honda remote, I am using the valet key.
Expert:  HondaPlatinum replied 7 years ago.
Ok still try what I stated earlier and see if it resets. If not remove the battery terminals have the key in the on position and then reconnect the battery terminals . Let me know what happens.

None of your suggestions worked. Do you have any other ideas?

Is the alarm going off now?Unlock drivers door 2 times from outside. Also check forthe valet switch valet switch, it is located on the left side of the panel below the steering wheel (where your knees would be). It is a small black button. Turn the igntion to on and press the button 2 times . Let me
know if it works.

Since none of your responses solved the problem, I am declining to pay the $9.00 on my credit card.
