What are compliance bushings in the Front End of my 2001 HOnda Civic. The dealer says they need to be replaced. The vehilce has 62,000 miles

Hi, I can help you with this. I have attached an image here.
These do crack and many shops try to sell them when they first show signs. I only recommend them when the center metal part of the bushing is broken free from the rubber. There is no danger of suspension collapse from this bushing failing, just noise and vague steering feel.graphic
