Which o2 sensor are you wishing to change?

bank 2 needs to be changed but we just had the cat replaced so i figured we should replace both?

It wouldn't be a bad idea to replace them, though not required. The upstream sensors, actually they're air/fuel ratio sensors in your odyssey, are very easy to change, they're located on the top of the exhaust manifolds, and just unscrew, They make a socket for removal of these sensors, though if you don't have one a 22mm or 7/8" wrench will work as well.

If you want to change the downstream oxygen sensors as well here's a couple illustraions for those.
