Sounds like the BACK-UP fuse under the hood is either missing (miss placed) or blown. Pop the cover off the fuse box and look at the underside. It should say BACK UP.


Since the order of the fuses can be a little tricky to follow i attached a pick and marked the fuse to check in RED.




Its a 10 amp fuse.
