2004 Honda CR-v: I change the headlamp bulb

This answer was rated:

How do I change the headlamp bulb on a 2004 Honda CR-v?   I can''t figure out how to get the old bulb out.

  1. Disconnect the 3P connector (A) from the headlight.

    Headlight (high/low):

    60/55 W

  2. Remove the rubber cover (B).

  3. Pull the retaining spring (C) away from the bulb (D), then remove the bulb.

  4. Install a new bulb in the reverse order of removal. Make sure the tabs on the notches in the bulb align with the tabs in the headlight
