2004 Honda Accord EX: the fuel filter located..cyl

Where is the fuel filter located on a 2004 Honda Accord EX 4 cyl, and how do I remove and replace it.?

It's in the fuel tank and is designed to be "lifetime".

It's not a normal maintance item.

Reply to Kyle Northrop's Post: The car within the last 3 days has begun to struggle to start on some occasions. Starts normal most of the time but will struggle and starve on the others after sitting a while I figured it might be the fuel filter. Do you think possibly the injector might be dirty, maybe just add injector cleaner. What do you think.?

We've had problems with the regulators in the tank, take it in and have it changed.
