Definitely seems that the mandated federal laws that are put in place may hamper the competitive workplace of employees.

With that said, I do feel that anti-discrimination laws are needed to help level the playing field; however many folks feel that employees should be promoted on productivity and not on gender or nationality.

Just curious, how do we ensure everyone in the workplace is being measured by the same set of standards?
