In this discussion, you will research and debate the various constitutional interpretations of the corresponding cases.

Choose one U.S. Supreme Court case from any time in history that you don’t think was decided properly. Next, state the court’s decision and evaluate how it violates your interpretation of the constitution as it stood at the time and why the court should rule differently. The arguments should be based on constitutional theories and principles, case law, history, and relevant aspects. You may not write on Roe v. Wade or Planned Parenthood v. Casey.
