you mentioned that you have done a little reading and research. did you already pick an agency? how long does this need to be, and when do you need this by?

Actually I had been looking at the budget for the City of Philadelphia and thought it to be rather interesting but confusing. I am not looking for any particular length - nothing like that - I am just seeking another perspective on this topic and how it pertains to a specific budget. If you are able to answer each of the points in a sentence or two - that's fine by me. If you think it would require a paragraph or two and you have the information - great.


I didn't specify any particular agency since I thought the individual who picks this up may be more familiar with a specific entity - or if not - Philadelphia was rather neat.


It would be helpful to have this tomorrow evening or by Monday afternoon.
