Okay. I can swish and use it now. My husband and older sin left to go to town to the store. So I wiki use it now, so it doesn't get interrupted by smells from them.I left my phone laying around, downstairs in the kitchen, recently. He was in kitchen, next to my phone, starting to cook when I cake down to get my phone.That's probably when he switched it to turn it on the hone wifi. Hello, Dr. Z❣️I took remedy as described, swisher, and took it after our morning update. I had my almond milk and chocolate protein bar for breakfast. I have felt fine all day, and got hungry a couple of hours ago, and made my late lunch, and was laying down watching a movie. I just brushed my teeth. I went down and washed the dishes. I washed the laundry, earlier, and just threw it in the dryer. When the towels are dry, I was going to go down and cook my supper.It has been almost a half an hour since I finished eating my late lunch. My mealtimes are all off schedule, but I stay up late, and wake up later.SwishedSlight movement beginning. Maybe it hasn't been quite a half an hour since finished eating. Maybe more like 15 minutes...Clearing my throat.Coughing.Right bunion is a little stiff and just poppedThe left side of my neck is starting to hurt just a little bit.

More movement in my abdomen, on the left side.
