Mix 10 drops of remedy 3 tablespoons f water one dose morning and evening.
The weakness is due to keto diet no worries keep using Vita C it will clear his weakness soon.
You are allowed to use F m 200C one dose every 2 hourly but use it only for one day if improvements then by next day one dose per day and to get it more relieved shoulder pain, use Arnica 200C one dose now and keep using F M as needed.
