As you mentioned,

I have been taking the nux 1x each day.
I have notice that about the last 5 or so days my legs swell especially at night.
Today I noticed that clothes I tried on( several outfits) to wear didn’t fit. I am guessing I have gained about3 to 4 pounds in the last 3 to 4 weeks. Which is a lot for little me. I have not changed my eating so this may be inflammation. But I concerned because it is so rapid and I don’t want to gain weight.
You are very correct about that, kindly note use of steroids increase your weight gain rapidly because it retains excess water in your body and produce body swelling and weight gain and that was the reason I used remedy Nux and remedy is supposed to clear all these issues, so keep using and you will be fine soon.
Since I traveled for my moms memorial service my health has been worse. I believe grief is playing a roll even though I am not crying or feel sad.
My face is less rough dry today but it feels like a mask...a little swollen stiff dry.

I AGREE and we already used remedy Ignatia to help with these issues, my remedy will also help and clear these problems soon.
My eyes are dry.
I have come down with a cold. I am sneezing, have a runny nose,stuffy. Do I have any remedy that would help with that?

Kindly immediately use Ferrum Phos 30C, one dose every 3 hourly until you get much better and also use NUX ONE DOSE, skip a single dose of Ferrum Phos and use one dose Nux and after 3 hours time again resume back to Ferrum Phos one dose every 3 hourly, also inhale steam before going to sleep if easy for you.
