As you mentioned NO worriers 100% it is part of treatment, sometime he can be like this, remedies are working well and we are supposed to max out with their effects.
If again when you visit and he is same as not expected, then immediately give 2 tablets of Kali Phos 6X and with in next 60 mints he will be again excellent just use as needed otherwise use remedy as described.
I am sorry he got sun burn, you can apply homeopathic Cantharis cream , best cream to treat any types of burns, use if there is need, apply thin layer morning and evening.
SAME DOSE FOR NEXT 2 DAYS and if there is need will describe any change if needed.
