Thanks for your question as you mentioned homeopathic remedy for her present symptoms is Merc corr 30C, this is the best remedy for kidney infections and as seen with clinical practice remedy will dissolve all her symptoms ( blood in urine and sometimes urine smell strong) by curing infection.
Dose would be 3 pellets of this remedy every 4 hourly until she get cured, and she is allowed to use any prescribed medicines by her physician as needed.
AND let me know if she faces any problems I will help her as much needed.
