As you mentioned now give tonsils and throat formula, Arsenicum album 200C, Baryta carb 200C, Hepar Sulph 200C, Merc Sol 200C.
Two pellets from each remedy at the same time this is one complete dose.
Give one complete dose for next 3 days one dose daily.
