Thanks for your question about child #2, as you described his condition and symptoms I am sorry to know that little baby boy got hurt, no worries your Dr Z is here to help as much needed.
It was great that you cleaned the wound but kindly if you covered it so keep it open and do not cover the wound even it is very small, apply any disinfectant I can say you already did that, and keep wound open so it can heal as soon as possible.
Now for remedies Dear M kindly give these three remedies Arnica 30C, Hypericum 30C and Ledum 30C.
Give one pellet from each remedy at the same time (this is one complete dose) give one complete dose every 4 hourly for next 3 days regularly or until wound gets healed completely, it seem there is no chance of rabies but still remedies help very well and soon he will be cured.
