As you mentioned I agree with your choice of remedy he can TRY remedy Calc crab as his constitutional remedy, so it would be best to give one dose per 10 day after until there are best improvements with his condition will watch and help him as much needed.

As you mentioned yes I agree that his constitutional remedy could be Calc carb as you are there my eye and brain, so many times I noticed that you pick up very correct remedy.
So we can try this remedy as I described and I am so hopeful that it will help a lot with his all present issues, and he is supposed to use this remedy for next 30 days time.
And if as not expected any problems then I would use any next remedy as it seems appropriate to me.
And yes after this remedy symptoms will change a bit so I would use remedy according to his symptoms at that time.
