As you mentioned I have studied all provided information.
Now kindly give two remedies give Hepar sulph 1M three pellets as a single dose and then after 4 hours time start remedy Ferrum Phos 30C.
Ferrum Phos 30C three pellets every 3 hourly until fever gets dissolved.
If after remedies there is an aggravation do not give any other remedy just stick on with cold sponging as needed.
When she get cured from present illness I will let her use remedy Psorinum 200C single does to prevent re infection and will let you know how to use remedy Psorinum 200C when the right time comes for its use.
