As you mentioned I have studied all provide information.
You are very correct now with this condition he needs different or very comprehensive remedy.
I have again studied for him and found his remedy.
Kindly give Secale Cornutum 200C.
Dose is 3 pellets of this remedy now and then wait for next 36 hours if any improvements with any of his condition or symptoms, then no remedy until improvements continue and if after 36 hours no improvements then one more dose and wait for any improvements.
With 36 to 72 hours time if any improvements then no remedy for next 6 days and then next dose would be after 7 days time and continue one dose per 7 days.
And if no improvements with in next 36 to 72 hours time then Mr. Eli we can not do good for him, we can pray for him and let it to Almighty who cures everyone with his own will, and I am so hopeful Almighty will do good for him.
This is the remedy he needs right now, remedy is not only supposed to save him from amputation but also cure his related symptoms and also it will restores blood circulation to any of his body parts including tongue.

But his condition can aggravate due to his western medicines, or due to any possible related condition.
Also as seen with clinical practice when patient is on western medicines then homeopathic remedies will not aggravate at all due to effects of western medicines.
