This is not treatment site this is question and answer site but I will try my best to describe remedy for your treatment as I can prescribe but I can only describe OK.
You are very correct about your problems as western medicines have no curative solution for these problems.
But we can try homeopathic remedies for total cure.
As there are 6000 possible remedies for one single case but I worked for you and also repertorized your symptoms.
I would like to describe homeopathic remedy for your treatment.
But here some points first….
You are supposed to arrange remedy as soon as possible; do you have any homeopathic pharmacy near by?
Still do not use all chocolate, majority of alcohol, acidic, citrus & spicy foods OK do we agree?
You are allowed to use natural remedies such as aloe Vera extract & marshmallow root to try and ease the bladder.
Not allowed to use oil of oregano, and goldseal as these can antidote homeopathic remedy do we agree?
And you try my described remedy for next 3 to 5 days if there are any improvements then my described remedy is enough for your total cure and you can continue with my described remedy until there are best improvements.
And if otherwise as not expected then you are supposed to consult any present homeopath and tell me if there is need you will do that OK.
As this is very limited form and I will try at my best to describe remedy for you and just in case if there is need you will consult present homeopath and homeopath needs two hours of case taking and selecting remedy with face to face interview.

Thanks for your reply, as you mentioned if you use remedy as I described and follow all instructions very strictly then I think there will be improvements with next 1 to 2 days time only as seen with clinical practice, and if improvements then it will take about 10 to 15 days or may be less for most best improvements.
And if this remedy dose not work as not expected, as I took your symptoms and then describe your remedy, then you are allowed to use Cantharis 30C as needed.
This would be next remedy for you, as seen with clinical practice.
And to help you some more (my pleasure)
Dose would be 3 pellets or globules of remedy Cantharis 30C three times a day half an hour after meals, rest of instructions remains the same.
Kindly use Cantharis if there is strict need for use of this remedy, otherwise my described remedy will give best results.
