I have studied all provided information, as you mentioned she is only couple of months old so we can only give her remedy Belladonna 30C.
Dose is mix 2 globules or 2 drops or remedy with one teaspoon of breast milk let baby drink and every thing will be OK, give one dose daily.
Continue remedy for next 20 to 30 days or as needed.
Remedy will help well to cure her little pimples as seen with clinical practice.
I will watch and help as much needed.
