I have studied all provided information.
As you mentioned now for throat use remedy Merc sol 30C.
Dose is 3 pellets every 4 hourly until there are much improvements.
And when there is much relief for throat problems then stop remedy Merc sol 30C AND for sciatica use remedy Kalmia latifolia 30C.
Dose is 3 pellets 3 times a day half an hour after meals until there are best improvements with pain and you can walk easily.
I will watch your condition and help as much needed, and use any next remedies as it seems appropriate to me.
Remedy will help well as seen with clinical practice.
