As you mentioned with your question, our best remedy for kidney stones is (Berberis Vulgaris mother tincture) this remedy helps well to eliminate stones by dissolving them within the kidneys.

But if stone is over 5 mm then it is best to go for removal procedure either by lithotripsy or by surgery as it seems appropriate to his physician.

Dose is 10 drops of this remedy mix them with half cup of water this is one dose, and give one dose half an hour after meals for 1 to 2 months or until stone get dissolved.

And if he goes through procedure then give remedy Arnica 30C.

Dose is 3 pellets every 1 hourly until there are best improvements with any pain after procedure.
