it sounds like you are very much allergic to hay
this is very common.
you need to get an epinephrine pen at home just in case you have an anaphylaxis reaction in the future and the allergies are so bad that you can't breath
you also need to eventually see a allergy doctor to get skin allergy testing to document this hay or weed allergies to know what to avoid in the future.
it sounds like your prednisone and benadryl course was not long enough and your allergic reaction
you can go back on benadryl for tonight 50mg tonight and use benadryl cream on your face as well. these are over the counter. hopefully you still have benadryl at home.
but tomorrow you have to talk to your doctor about possibly going back on an extended prednisone course again and possibly more benadryl.
benadryl cream on the face can help decrease the dry and itchy skin as well.
benadryl can help you sleep as well.
you were on 3 before, so that was 3 of the 25mg pills or 75mg, right?
