Thanks for your question and thank you so much for your understanding.
As you mentioned about your father Yes now you can give him a single dose of remedy Nux 200C, three pellets half an hour before going to sleep.
Then watch for improvements and for water retention with his feet now elevate his feet by placing a pillow under his feet, by doing so it will become less with in next 24 to 48 hours time and remedy NUX 200c also help to dissolve this water retention as this remedy is his mind symptoms based remedy.
I have other remedies but he is very sensitive patient and starting new remedy can cause heavy aggravation of his symptoms so I would use Nux 200C as I described above.
May G-d help him and cure him. and I will help him as much needed.
As you mentioned about your brother, you are doing great by giving him remedies as I described before.

To help you some more, I have been studying about your father, it would be best if you let him use a single dose of remedy Sulphur 30C (three pellets half an hour before breakfast) by next morning and by night give remedy NUX 200C.
By doing so remedy Nux 200C will act 10 times better then before.
