How to close a pilonidal cyst?

What you do to close this two year old pilonidal cyst at this point is:
1. Stop messing around with it on your own.
2. Stop using all the treatments you have been doing on your own that have not worked in over 24 months.
3. Consult with a wound care specialist and surgeon for definitive care and management.
This is, really, not something for you to continue to delay getting professional help with. Behind that small hole you still have there is, most likely, a large cavity.
