As I understand your question, it is are there natural antibiotics.
As far as I can see, that question has not been fully answered.
There are natural antibiotic therapies.
These would have to be used in conjunction with your other medicine adjustments until you are stable.
They would also have to be used by a professional and there are a number of options.
I would avoid colloidal silver. It has antibiotic properties but is very non specific and in rare cases can cause permanent skin discoloration.
Garlic is antibiotic but requires very high doses, and there is some risk of increasing side effects and bleeding tendencies.
This should only be done undersupervision.
There are Chinese herbal combinations that have shown antibacterial and antifungal properties but these have to be fit to you individually and this should be done by a competent practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine [with acupuncture as well] or by a qualified naturopath who has graduated from an accredited naturopathic college. This latter example goes for other herbal and supplemental combinations as well.
Various mushroom compounds can strengthen your immune system, and these can be tailored to you by naturopaths for by functional medicine doctors trained in functional medicine.

There is good basic science for these and other compounds. But this should be done only as your mac is under control and eliminated with the appropriate antibiotics.

I see that you are not on steroids at all.
The possibility of side effects can be monitored.
I would do this in conjunction with the other support I mentioned, and you can do this integrative, protecting your liver etc.
