As you mentioned with your reply, you are supposed to keep him with my described remedy until there are best improvements, lets say about 2 to 3 days or may be less, depending on his condition when he seems much better then continue remedy for one day more and then you can stop his remedy.

Thanks for your reply, no problems at all I am your Dr Z and I will help as much needed.

As you mentioned, he is supposed to have remedy first then he is supposed to wait for 45 mints and then he can have water or breast milk or even he can eat any thing as he demands.

If he is thirsty then you can give him water before giving remedy as needed.

He can use remedy first, and if he is not willing to eat or drink then he can go to sleep as needed.

Use remedy as I described, my lord will cure him soon.
