Hi there,
I have studied your question / provided information and found as you mentioned about remedy Restulex, yes I know about this remedy, this is a homeopathic combination remedy, in which many homeopathic remedies are combined to treat one specific condition.
As in homeopathy it is always better to use one homeopathic remedy after repertorization and full case study, remedies are proved as single and there is no evidence of results of combination remedies.
As this remedy contains many homeopathic remedies mixed with each other so it is not good to use this combination remedy.
This remedy Restulex contains 14 homeopathic remedies but you need only one of them according to your specific symptoms, and that remedy can only be prescribed after full case study with present homeopath.
Only one of these 14 homeopathic remedies is for you, others remedies are useless for you and produce their symptoms which complicate your condition.
Let me explain, it also contains remedy Lachesis, this remedy is very deep acting remedy and only allowed to use as a single dose, after full case study which may take 3 to 4 hours of case taking and only one dose of Lachesis 200C is allowed, but in this remedy Lachesis remedy is present with 10X, 30X, and LM1 potencies, so as I described above it Lachesis should not be used below 200C.
Kindly note in homeopathy low potencies and high potencies must be used under supervision of present homeopath with complete care; otherwise remedies will produce their proving symptoms resulting in complications.
As homeopathy is famous for its no side effects, but if any one use combination remedies then it will complicate the case or medical condition and also patient becomes difficult to cure by experienced homeopath due to mixed unknown actions of mixed homeopathic remedies.
If you use this remedy for long term use, it definitely produces remedies proving symptoms, do not cure your rest leg, may be palliate for some time, and also make case difficult to cure even by experienced homeopath.
If it is easy for you then consult any present homeopath, have full case study and then he or she will prescribe single homeopathic remedy for you, resulting in total cure for ever.

I will try my best to recommend remedy for you.
In these 14 remedies, there are only two remedies which are head remedies for your condition, Rhus tox and Zincum Metalicum.
So I would suggest using first Rhus tox 200C.
Dose is 3 pellets of this remedy as a single dose half an hour after dinner every day for next 10 to 15 days or as needed.
If there are best improvements then continue remedy until there are best results and then you can stop this remedy.

And if there is still any problems after using remedy Rhus tox 200C then you can try Zincum met 30C.
Dose is 3 pellets of this remedy three times day half an hour after meals until there are best results.
