Thanks for your question about child #1, as you described his condition and symptoms you are very correct about him, as he is only 6 years old and can not differentiate between the causes of his pain.
So now it is better to let him have remedies Arnica 30C and Rhus Tox 200C.
His dose schedule for next 3 days…
Dose is 3 pellets of remedy Arnica 30C half an hour before or after breakfast and launch.
Dose is 3 pellets of remedy Rhus Tox 200C half an hour before going to sleep.
There is strong possibility his pain get started after Kuk Sool Won classes.
Use remedies as I described as I am so hopeful for nice improvements.
Let him have some rest for his arms and shoulders for next 3 to 5 days so remedies can complete their effects.
Do not let him pull any thing or lift any weight.
