Thanks for your question about child #1, as you described his condition and symptoms I am so sorry to know about him.
But nothing to worry about he will be soon okay with help of my lord.
First of all do not let him eat any thing which is hard to bite, give light food as easy for you to arrange.
Now if you can arrange, give him a single dose of remedy Merc Sol 200C.
Dose is 3 pellets of this remedy as a single dose half an hour after any meal as easy for you today or by next day, and then wait for next 7 days, remedy will help well to remove pain during biting and also cures any related symptoms.
Do not repeat dose until you get any word form my side.
Will watch his condition and help him as much needed.
Also thanks to your hubby for his kindness for child #1.
