Thanks for your question, as you mentioned if remedy Staphisagria 30C is available 30 ml pack from Schwabe you can use this remedy in liquid form.

Dose is mix 2 drops of remedy with 3 tablespoons of water (this is one complete dose)

Use (one complete dose) three times a day half an hour after meals.

Thanks for your reply; this is so nice that you started your treatment as I advised.

As you mentioned about Damiana Q, it is always better in homeopathy to use one best selected mind symptoms based remedy, and let it work.

If you use Damiana Q it will not let your mind symptoms based remedy to work, and also if one uses Damiana Q then patient is must be under observation of present homeopath, as using Damiana Q, it will some time decrease sperm count with in semen (instead to acting as tonic and thickened the semen) as seen with clinical practice.

So it is better to stick on with described remedy and treatment, your mind symptoms based remedy will also act as tonic, invigorates semen, and cure you with help of my lord (you are supposed to follow all instructions as I described to have best results)

Thanks for your reply, as you mentioned your condition at this time you are not allowed to use any remedy for varicose veins, after your basic treatment we can use any other remedy for varicose veins as needed.
