Hello. Thank you for your question. There are several different natural treatment strategies to alleviate gallbladder issues and a fatty liver. It is important to address any dietary and lifestyle factors which may be contributing to the condition. This includes eliminating refined sugars, processed foods, fruits & fruit juices, as well as alcohol from the diet if these kinds of items are an issue. Supplements such as choline, taurine, B complex, vitamin C, and magnesium citrate can be helpful for liver and gallbladder support and detoxification. Herbs including milk thistle, phyllanthus, and dandelion can also be helpful. There is a homeopathic remedy called Chelidonium 30C which is indicated for pain in the gallbladder region. Also there is a special supplement called "Rowachol" which addresses gallbladder stones.
