As you describe your condition you are supposed to use all prescribed medicines as directed by your physician.

YES you can use Thuja remedy for removal of warts but with your present medical condition we can not use Thuja remedy as oral remedy.

Here explanation, if your problem is only warts and no other problems exists then we can use Thuja 200C remedy, 2 drops mixed with water every 7 days after (one dose per week to remove warts)

But as you mentioned in your e mail about your current medical condition so I would use Thuja remedy as a topical remedy (not for oral use, only to apply this remedy at warts)

Best way to use it, apply a drop of tincture at small warts and apply 2 drops of tincture at large warts with help of cotton or cotton bud every day morning and evening regularly for next 2 to 3 months.

With your present medical condition this is the best way to use Thuja remedy for removal of warts.
