Dr. Zaheer, Nothing new to report on child #2. He is however…

Dr. Zaheer,

Child #1 was alright yesterday, neither overly sweet & loving, nor too much attitude. A little rude here & there. We did play outside yesterday, as it was a beautiful warm sunny day! I thought the boys should enjoy some sunlight & fresh air since they were feeling so much better, and had been confined to the house for the winter. Child # 1 was yelling at me outside for trying to help him make a project in a container of dirt and rocks for him to put little toy tractors in to drive round, so that we could put the lid on it to bring it in for him to play with when he wants. He liked my fun idea, but would not let me help, so I let him do it on his own. We did play tag, & tackled daddy to the ground & tickled daddy. That was fun.

Child #2 was very tired from only taking a couple of short cat naps the day before. He refused to lay down & take his nap yesterday, so that is when we went outside to play with big brother and daddy. He ran around and played with outside toys, & used the scoop to dig in dirt & pour it into an old plastic dish that I gave him to play with. He had fun, but got tired, so we finally went in house & laid down again, & he did take a couple hour nap, instead of his full 4 hour nap.

They both seem to be feeling all better!

I got all 3 doses of my remedy yesterday. Did not have to wake up in the middle of the night to take last dose. For the last 4 nights, y right hip has hurt so bad that I cannot sleep on that side. That is how I prefer to sleep, so that it's easier for my heart to pump blood to the rest of my body. The only time I usually sleep on my left side is during pregnancy, for digestion. Anyway, last night, my ankle & especially my bunion were really hurting bad! I had to keep rotating hip, & extendind ankle, and flexing foot. Oh, my arch hurt pretty bad too!
