Thanks for your update about child #2, as you described his condition and symptoms I would continue his remedy 2 doses per day Kali phos for 3 to 5 days more to watch remedy effects, as there are improvements so we should wait and continue remedy Kali phos.
As I described with my last answer you can use one dose of Chamomilla 30C as needed.
Soon there will be improvements with his sleep and naps.
I would use any next remedy as needed, but first we are supposed to continue with remedy Kali phos 6X as this is the best remedy for him at this time.
His Dr Z will help him as much needed.

Thanks for your update about child #2, as you described his condition and symptoms I would continue with his remedies.
If he still remains cranky then you can give a single dose of remedy Chamomilla 200C.
Dose is 2 pellets of this remedy as single dose today or by next day as easy for you half an hour after mid day feed.
And give Kali phos two doses per day as I described before.
If you let him have Chamomilla 200C then do not repeat its dose and also do not give Chamomilla 30C until you got any word from my side.
