You can take away the concentrated fats and eat a lot more whole food in the way of veggies, fruit, beans, grains, and seeds and nuts [a small amount of these].
In order of preference
leafy greens
green veggies
other veggies
beans and fruits
seeds and nuts
everything else
Animal foods can be limited to 1 to 3 servings a week and this will allow more food without weight gain.
