Thanks for your update about yourself, as you described your condition and symptoms now I want you to use a single dose of remedy Rhus tox 200C.
Dose is 3 pellets of this remedy as a single dose half an hour after lunch or dinner as easy for you.
I have studied some more and found after using one dose of remedy Rhus tox 200C.
we can resume back to your main remedy Agaricus Muscarius 30C as remedy Agaricus Muscarius 30C is follow well remedy after using remedy Rhus tox 200C.

Thanks for your update about yourself, as you described your condition and symptoms if you used remedy Rhus tox 200C as a single dose then it is very best.
As this remedy is short acting remedy and one dose exhausts its action with in 15 to 20 hours time only.
Now I want you to use remedy Carbo vegetabilis 30C.
Dose is 3 pellets three times a day half an hour after meals.
You can start remedy today or by next day as easy for you.
