Thanks for your update about child #2, as you described his condition and symptoms it seems his remedies are working but due to late lunch he got irritable and missed his naps.
As you described with other question thread about his condition stuffy nose and sneezing.
Now stop his both remedies and give him remedy (Aconite 30C)
Dose is 2 pellets every one hourly.
If he is going for nap no need to give remedy, when he wake up then again start remedy as I described above.
Will watch his condition and describe as needed OK.

Thanks for your update about child #2, as you described that he again hit his forehead SO now stop all his remedies and give remedy Arnica 30C.
Dose is 2 pellets every 2 hourly for next 24 hours.
Dose is 2 pellets every 3 hourly for next 24 hours.
After 2 days if there is need you can give him remedy Aconite Napellus 30C.
As you described Aconite 30C is also called Aconite Napellus 30C.
You got correct remedy.
Yes when he is sleeping no need to give him remedy.
Feed time will not interfere with remedy.
Give him remedy every one hourly and only wait for 15 mints then you can feed him before or after using remedy (before or after 15 mints)
