Thanks for your update about child #2, as you described his condition and symptoms kindly continue with his remedy Arnica 30C as I described, and also give him remedy Kali phos 6X.
Dose is 2 tablets of this remedy as single dose by 7pm or 8 pm every day for next 2 to 3 days, I am hopeful remedy will help well with his sleep.
I will watch his condition and describe as needed for him.
