As her physician described we have to wait and watch her condition kindly do not use Tylenol and give her only one remedy Pulsatilla 30C.

Thanks for your reply, as you described Yes this is OK to give her remedy Pulsatilla 30C as we used remedy Arsenicum album so now we can use remedy Pulsatilla 30C as I described with my last answer.

As her physician described this is a viral infection it will take some time to become cured so remedy Pulsatilla is best for her according to her symptoms.

If she wants to go to park take her allowed, and let her gargle with common salt mixed warm water before going to sleep.

Thanks for your reply as you described about her condition it seems remedy IPECAC 30C started its action, as pain become better I am so hopeful there will be more improvements with further doses, and vomiting will be soon over.

As you described about her, Kindly let know your sister these points to help her as you have to attend the court…..

Here some points…

Let her eat meals slowly.

Do not let her consume food in a room filled with cooking odors or in a warm, stuffy room.

Do not let her lie down flat for at least two hours after eating.

Let her avoid liquids at mealtimes, it is better to take them 30 to 60 minutes before and after eating.

Do not let her eat sweet food items, mild salty food is better for her.

Let her eat smaller portions of foods that are low in fat seem to work best; these foods are easier to digest and move through the stomach faster.

She can have bananas, simple white rice, oats, and plane refined cookies as needed.

Do not let her eat any high fat food, nuts, seeds, cabbage.

Do not give any fried food, or food with spices and sauces.

Kindly proceed as described I am so hopeful there will be nice improvements.

As you have to attend the court and she is dehydrated and not eating well, if there are improvements with remedy Ipecac 30C then continue with remedy as I described one dose 45 mints before meals, she will be cured soon.

And if as not expected there are still vomiting and stomachache then she needs I.V infusion, kindly take her to ER, so she will be given I.V infusion to restore her dehydration, I.V infusion also help to restore her blood sugar level.

I only write this if there are still problems then taking her to ER is the best option, we still got hope that remedy Ipecac will help well, go to ER if she is not recovering.

For 10 year old use remedy (FERRUM PHOS 30C)

Dose is 3 pellets of remedy 45 mints before meals.

For 2 year old use remedy (FERRUM PHOS 30C) and stop remedy Arsenicum please and use my described remedy.

Dose is 2 pellets of remedy 45 mints before feed.

Thanks for your reply; as you described about 2 years old kindly continue with remedy Ferrum Phos 30C two pellets every 3 hourly, yes it is too early to determine her condition so we have to continue with remedy for next 24 hours as I described above.

As you described about 10 years old your choice of remedy Gels 30C was excellent, give 3 pellets three times a day half an hour after meals for next 24 hours.

As you described about your son give him one more dose of remedy Hepar sulf 200C half an hour after lunch by next day as there are improvements so we have to continue his remedy to clear his present symptoms.

As you described about 5 years old continue with remedy Ipecac 30C for next 2 days as remedy is correct but only needs some time to complete its action and if after 2 days time there still problem remains, then give Ipecac 200C as a single dose 3 pellets half an hour after lunch but let me know before using Ipecac 200C, will assist you how to use this dose as needed.

As you described about 10 years old now give Gels 200C as single dose 3 pellets half an hour after lunch today, and wait for 2 to 3 days so remedy can complete its action.
