the skin is a reflection of what is going on inside the body. The accumulation of toxins in the body and stress on the liver can certainly contribute to the formation of spots on the skin. Brown spots on the arms, shoulders, and face that look like freckles can be part of the normal aging process too. Please describe the spots on your face that do not look like freckles.

I am happy to report that I have received your two photos and I have reviewed them. Thank you for posting the pictures, and thank you for your patience. From what I can see, there are several types of lesions present including:

1) Brown spots associated with sun damage

2) Dilated blood vessels near the surface of the skin called "telangiectasia" which are not particularly worrisome

3) And possibly a condition called "acanthosis nigricans" which looks like darkened patches of skin around the sides of the face or neck area which can indicate a predisposition to diabetes or problems with blood sugar levels

If you have not had a blood test to rule out a possible diagnosis of diabetes, then that may be something worth pursuing. Otherwise, I do not see any particularly suspicious lesions. If you have not been examined in person, then it may also be a good idea to get a second opinion.

Dry hair can certainly be related to gluten intolerance, chronic difficulties with digestion or trouble absorbing nutrients from food, as well as other causes such as a thyroid disorder.

These kind of spots on the skin are not a typical symptom of a gluten allergy or candida yeast. However, most benign skin lesions tend to be non-specific in regards ***** ***** to a particular internal health condition.
Generally speaking, people that are younger and healthier tend to have the most "blemish-free" skin. In contrast, older people who have a diagnosed medical condition, who take any kind of medications, or who use alcohol or tobacco habitually tend to accumulate a number of different facial spots over the course of their lifetime.
That being said, some skin lesion are very specific for a particular health condition. For example, an unfamiliar skin lesion on the face could be a form of skin cancer. The usual reason why people go to see a dermatologist is to specifically rule out the possibility of skin cancer. You are correct that a dermatologist is not likely to give you a holistic impression of your skin lesions and will probably recommend a topical cream for treatment, if anything.
If you are concerned that your skin lesions are a result of your bowel issues and food allergies, then why not try to treat these problems directly? Are you avoiding the foods to which you are allergic? Would you like some suggestions for supplements to take to help with bowel issues?

There are a number of different ways to check for a candida yeast overgrowth, and some methods are more useful than others. Personally, I prefer to use a stool culture or else a special urine test to detect compounds that are only produced by yeast. I don't see the blood test for yeast as particularly useful in clinical practice because it does not give an indication about how much of the yeast organism is present.
The type of skin lesion typically associated with a candida yeast overgrowth is an itchy red rash around the buttocks or genital region. A white tongue can also indicate a severe yeast infection, but it is not a typical symptom.
Digestive symptoms such as gas, bloating, diarrhea, and constipation can be connected to a candida yeast overgrowth.
The skin lesions that I observed in your photos do not appear to be anything related to a candida yeast infection.
Food allergies can have many non-specific symptoms associated with them including skin problems and skin lesions. Usually a food allergy will result in a skin rash that appears irritated or inflamed. Itchy, irritated, and weeping skin lesions can often times be connected to an undiagnosed food allergy.
The skin lesions that I observed on your face are not typical signs of a food allergy, however it is possible that eating foods to which you are allergic could be contributing to the lesions in some indirect way.
Dark patches on the skin can be associated with exposure to toxins. This could include toxins that are added to foods such as pesticides, toxins from environmental or workplace exposure, or "toxic foods" such as junk foods, fast foods, processed foods, and the like.
