I would be happy to help you with supplement recommendations and nutritional advice for treating adrenal fatigue.
In regards ***** ***** it is important to eliminate sugar from the diet in order to strengthen the adrenal glands. High proteins foods are the preferred source of nutrition for those with adrenal fatigue. For example, red meat, poultry, fish, and eggs should be included in the diet along with vegetables and healthy fats such as butter and olive oil. Avoiding junk foods, processed foods, fast foods, and snack foods is also a great idea. A diet based on whole foods and nourishing home-cooked meals is ideal.
There are many supplements to treat adrenal fatigue and I will list them here:
Vitamin C, 1000mg, 2 or 3 times per day
