Thanks for your reply, as you describe about 6 year old, at this time as there are slight improvements I know not much improvements, so we have to continue with same remedies as described before.

As you know this child was on Arg nit 30c instead of Arg met 30c so it makes symptoms a little complicated, after which we antidoted remedy and started Arg met 6c as matching symptoms remedy, nothing to worry about I am trying my best to correct complicated symptoms, only it will take same time to cure but as remedies are given so there is no complications expected.

Kindly try your best to arrange remedy (Justicia Adhatoda mother tincture) as described with my last answer, as may be we need it to cure stubborn types of cough.

As you described about 2 year old, remedy Aconite is supposed to be used for first 24 hours to maximum 48 hours, if not much improvements then next remedy is necessary, as you used Aconite 200C its ok, now USE (SPONGIA 30C)

Dose is 2 pellets 3 times a day half an hour after feed for next 2 to 5 days.

As we are also going to arrange (Justicia Adhatoda mother tincture) will use it as needed.

As you described about 5 year old now USE (Sulphur 30C only 3 doses) half an hour before breakfast, by 11am or when she is back from school on empty stomach, and by 6pm on empty stomach, then wait for one day if improvements then no remedy wait until she got cured as one dose of Lycopodium 1M exhausts it action with in 14 days time.

And if no improvements then again give Lycopodium 1M by next day as a single dose and wait no remedy.

Will watch remedy effects and describe best for patient.

As you described about cough and symptoms for you and 2 year old, i am very impressed with your remedy selection, kindly read below lines carefully.

In homeopathy there are many trios of remedies, it means first we use one remedy then automatically symptoms demand for next remedy and then again symptoms demand for next remedy, as i am following a trio which was described by founder of homeopathy Dr.S.Hahnemann.

This trio of remedies is below take a look....

Cough – (Dr.S.Hahnemann) : Aconite then Spongia then Hepar sulph.

As you described symptoms and you also used Aconite for 2 year old, so we have to follow trio so I described Spongia for her, after which according to trio we have to use Hepar sulf.

So now all of you with cough can use Hepar sulf as symptoms are calling for this remedy, i have also checked remedy relationship for all you one by one and found this remedy is allowed no problems at all, remedy will help well as this is the last remedy of trio.

Dose is 2 pellets for 2 year old and 3 pellets for rest of family members 3 times a day half an hour after meals.

Thanks for your reply, as you described about 6 year old son it is very best to not to give him antibiotics and continue with remedy Hepar sulf as described with my last answer.

Remedy will help well as it is last remedy as described with trio remedies.

As you described about 5 years old, it is better to wait for next 3 days, if improvements then no remedy otherwise give Hepar sulf as described, I have also checked remedy relationships Hepar sulf is allowed as needed no problems at all.

But kindly let me know before giving remedy Hepar sulf so I can decide give or not to give remedy Hepar sulf.

As there are improvements with last doses of sulphur 30C and Lycopodium 1M.

So we are supposed to wait and watch remedy effects.

As you described about 6 year old remedy is working according to treatment needs, kindly continue remedy for next 3 to 5 days more.

Remedy Hepar sulf 30C is a medium potency it always expels mucus either from nose or if present in throat or lungs, and it will also become yellow or green nothing to worry about this is part of treatment, remedy will clear this also only we need a single dose of Hepar sulf 200C to cure this mucus as needed, will let you know when to use Hepar sulf 200C for 6 years old, as I am watching remedy effects will describe best for him.

Kindly keep him away from cold, sour and fried food items for next 7 days so remedy can complete its action.

I have again repertorized your symptoms and found you can try Merc sol 30C

As this remedy is covering all 3 symptoms you described except morning cough as morning cough is a general symptom and others 3 are peculiar symptoms so remedy will help well.

Thanks for your reply, as you described about 2 years old I have studied your described remedies and her condition.

After studying remedy relationships I have found that Anti tart is a follow well remedy after cina.

So here we go first give her cina 30C then after 3 hours give Anti tart 30C, then after 3 hours give Cina 30C and then after 3 hours give Anti tart 30C continue like this for next 2 to 3 days and let me know about her condition every day, so I can watch remedy effects.

Really this is amazing that your choice of remedies is very excellent.

Both remedies will help well and there will be nice improvements with her all present symptoms, and nothing to worry about green nasal discharge it will clear up with remedies effects, otherwise as not expected, will describe next remedy for her as needed.
