i have had acid reflux in the past..and had been using prevacid regularly for some years..then weaned off of it..and have not ye used it in over a year.. Tuesday have had extreme stress, so severe could not eat,..had to do a lotos driving..and could not eat all day, ate some rice cakes and yogurt..today also could not eat all day, though ate some quinoa and then hours later ate some cooked acorn squash and cooked spinach and arugula...then horus later started getting the serve cramping in the solar plexus area and took a prevacid 60mg at about 10pm and nix vomica then also took 30c carbo veg repeatedly

I took them myself as they have worked in the past, I am a vegetarian for 40 years and use homeopathics regularly..i decided to take phosphorus 200c i had on hand it sort of helped my emotional state go from fearful and sweaty to be able to look for another answer..I would take charcoal capsules but am afraid of it repeating on me..I feel like I need to pass gas and also the..I pain in the upper abdomen is burning

i am exhausted and want to lie down and sleep and it is of course worse in a prone position..actually bending forward seems better..to release the bloating and upset.

yes there was some relief hours ago then was able to lie down after using it for an hour and drinking warm chorale tea..the pain woke me up again more severely..so I started taking it right away again..usually in the past it will work and stay resolved, this time it came back

I only took the phosphorus in liquid form 10 drops 200c about 20 minutes ago, the first time and only time..

i just took nix vomica 30c and i kind of interspersed them the cargo veg 30c and the nux vomica 30c..

I do not have colosynthis 200c..nor do I know this remedy, ....the cargo veg seemed to work when the pain first started..then I was able to sleep for a few hours... then the pain woke me up and it started the process of trying to think of what else I could do to help myself..so I could just start using it consistently..,

isn't this as you say a "deep" remedy... is it more of a constitutional?
