Hello, I would like to help you with your question concerning recommendations for building up your daughter's immune system and boosting her gut flora. There are certainly a number of ways to accomplish both of these objectives using natural medicine, and I would like to tell you about them. May I ask for more information? How long has your daughter's stomach been hurting continuously? Is she still taking the antibiotics now? Dr. Zeoli

yes. can't keep any food and minimal water down. is very weak

That's not a good sign that she has stomach pain and vomiting. It is likely a side-effect of the medications, but there is a risk of dehydration due to fluid loss from the vomiting. If she is also very weak, it seems to me that she might need some medical attention sooner rather than later. It is difficult for me to measure the severity of her condition and I can't say for sure that this is an emergency situation, but it seems that it could be. My best advice would be to call the doctor to get her acute situation sorted out before pursuing support for her immune system, gut flora, and liver function. How does that sound to you?
