hi! i just started but wondered if i cant use natural product i am healthy (bmi 21/22)but went through trauma 2yrs ago and my body changed weight constant for almost 30 yrs (58kg) but gained 7 kg last yr to 18 mnths thus the investigation into insulin as i gain regardless of good diet. healthy lifestyle as allways

The herbal extract is called berberine. It is found in a variety of herbs including oregon grape and barberry.
