OK. Thanks for the additional information. There are several homeopathic remedies that may be helpful for him. The first one that seems to fit his picture is homeopathic Antimonium tartaricum 30C. This one is excellent for a wet cough that is in its later stages and accompanied by fatigue. Another possible remedy is homeopathic Ipecacuanha 30C. This one is excellent for a wet cough in small children. I hope that this information is helpful. Please let me know if you have more questions or if you require information about dosage.

The dosage is 3 pellets dissolved under the tongue, 45 minutes away from food. I would suggest starting with the Antimonium tartaricum in whatever potency that you have. If it is a 6C or 30C potency, then you will want to repeat the dosage again after a few hours. Your son can take the remedy like this for a few days. If it is a 200C potency or higher, then you will only need to give one dose. Probably the remedy will be helpful, but if there are no changes within a few days then you might want to switch to the Ipecacuanha. Again, I hope that this information is helpful.
